In 2013 I started promoting myself as a headshot photographer and my 1st client was Dayna Wallace. My style then was inspired by Peter Hurley – that “clean in studio look” which I love.

As I grew as a photographer I kept looking for ways to challenge myself when taking headshots and I came across Dylan Patrick’s  headshot work which I also admire. With Hurley’s and Patrick’s influence I took a leap and photographed this “iconic headshot” of Dayna Wallace outdoors with one speedlight  and a reflector in Half-Way Tree, Kingston, Jamaica.
